The following services are expressly excluded from LaaS and will be subject to a free estimate: (1) Judicial, arbitral or administrative litigation; (2) Assistance in the event of control by any authority (CCSS, CNPD, etc.); (3) Tax advice and litigation; (4) Collective redundancies; (5) GDPR impact analysis; (6) Identification of personal data processing; (7) Debt collection, which is subject to rekoov special conditions; (8) Services falling within the scope of the law of November 12, 2004 on the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism, including (non-exhaustive): a. Fundraising ; b. Incorporation of companies; c. Purchase and sale of real estate or commercial enterprises; d. Organization of contributions necessary for the formation, management or direction of companies; e. Acquisition or sale of company shares; f. Shareholders' agreements; g. Other similar transactions.
